As an automation and operations specialist, my primary responsibility is managing the back-end for Autonomous Creative—this includes creating and managing marketing automations and funnels, subscriber segmentation, managing databases and their associated automations (e.g. the CRM, content library, project management, and template databases), customer/technical support, keeping the platforms and services used by the company connected with both native and API integrations, and writing and maintaining documentation and SOPs for all aforementioned processes ( and then some!). I'm also directly responsible for graphic design, branding, content syndication, and web design for Autonomous Creative.

  • Responsible for implementation, documentation, and maintenance for all tech, cross-platform integrations, and automations, including: onboarding, product delivery, and marketing automations via ConvertKit (ESP); automated invoice and lead tracking via a custom-built Airtable CRM system; and automated Notion project management database updates to improve customer service and retention; automated subscriber management for public and private podcast feeds.
  • Customer support, administration, course material and content development, membership analytics and community engagement management, including weekly event hosting, for the Autonomous Creative Collective, a 180+ member subscription-based community.
  • Creation and maintenance of relational databases in Notion for marketing content, project management templates and resources, client notes and deliverables, canned emails and customer service guides, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
  • Technical support for team members and customers via email, chat, video call, and screen recordings.
  • Podcast production assistance, including content writing, syndication, marketing, and SEO; graphic design and template production; guest pitching and support.
  • Graphic design and branding for all company assets, products, services, and syndicated content.
